Strength and conditioning

The best way to stop getting hurt is to get strong. Our strength programs are written and coached by physical therapists, so the lifting is safe for the body you actually have.

Format
One-on-one or groups of four
Session
50 minutes
Insurance
Usually not covered, membership pricing available

We start with a baseline test and a conversation about what strong means to you. Then we write a program you can run at our gym, your gym, or at home.

Sessions are small group or one-on-one. Form is coached every rep, and the program adapts as you progress or as life gets in the way.

This is where a lot of our rehab patients end up once they are pain-free. It is also where plenty of people start.

Before your first visit

Anything else, get in touch.

Do I need a referral?
No. Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book straight in. Some insurance plans want a referral for coverage, and we will tell you if yours does.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. Send a photo of your card and we will check your benefits before your first visit.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. Shorts for knee and hip problems, a tank or loose shirt for shoulders. We have changing rooms if you are coming from work.
How long is a session?
The first visit is 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 45 to 60 minutes and always one-on-one with the same therapist.
Will it hurt?
Some of it may be uncomfortable, none of it should be painful. You are in charge of the pace, and every technique is explained before it happens.

In pain today?

Call and we will find you the first open slot, often the same day.
