Ridgeline

A clinic built around the hour

Alicia Moreno opened Ridgeline in 2017 after eight years in a hospital clinic where she was scheduled three patients an hour. Here it is one. That single decision shapes everything else.

Why one-on-one

Physical therapy works when the plan is followed and adjusted. That needs time: to watch you move, to coach the exercise until you own it, to notice the thing you did not think to mention. Sixty minutes with one therapist is not a luxury. It is the minimum that makes the work stick.

Direct access

In Texas you can see a physical therapist without a referral. We will evaluate you, start treatment, and if anything needs a physician's eye we will say so and help you get it. Some insurance plans still want a referral for coverage, and we tell you before your first visit if yours does.

What we measure

Every plan has objective milestones: range of motion, strength, hop tests, walking speed, a fall-risk score. You get the numbers at each stage. When you are discharged, it is because you hit them, not because your visits ran out.

The gym

The clinic has a full strength floor with racks, sleds, and turf, so rehab does not stop at the therapy table. Many patients keep training here after discharge on a membership.

The therapists

Every therapist here holds a doctorate in physical therapy, and most hold a board specialty on top of it.
