Sports rehab
Sports rehab is about returning to the thing you love, not just getting out of pain. We test how you move, find the weak link, and build a return-to-play plan with clear milestones.
- First visit
- 60 minutes, one-on-one
- Typical plan
- 6 to 12 visits
- Referral
- Not needed in Texas
Your first visit is a full movement assessment. We look at strength, mobility, and control on both sides, and we video the movement that hurts so you can see what we see.
Treatment mixes hands-on work with progressive loading. Most athletes are back to modified training within the first two weeks and cleared for full play when they hit objective benchmarks, not a date on a calendar.
We work with weekend runners, high school teams, and people who just want to get through a pickleball season without a flare-up.

Before your first visit
Anything else, get in touch.
- Do I need a referral?
- No. Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book straight in. Some insurance plans want a referral for coverage, and we will tell you if yours does.
- Do you take my insurance?
- We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. Send a photo of your card and we will check your benefits before your first visit.
- What should I wear?
- Something you can move in. Shorts for knee and hip problems, a tank or loose shirt for shoulders. We have changing rooms if you are coming from work.
- How long is a session?
- The first visit is 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 45 to 60 minutes and always one-on-one with the same therapist.
- Will it hurt?
- Some of it may be uncomfortable, none of it should be painful. You are in charge of the pace, and every technique is explained before it happens.
